These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HelpFred ("Service"), operated by Vouxly ApS ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

HelpFred is an AI-powered customer support service that helps businesses automate email responses. Our Service includes:

  • AI-generated email responses based on your writing style
  • Learning algorithms that improve response quality over time
  • Integration with Gmail and other email providers
  • Knowledge base management and document processing
  • Dashboard and analytics for monitoring service performance

User Accounts

Intellectual Property Rights

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Vouxly ApS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI-Generated Content

HelpFred uses artificial intelligence to generate email responses. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing responses before sending
  • We are not liable for the content of AI-generated responses
  • You should not rely solely on AI without human oversight

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • You may delete your account through your account settings
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and we will delete your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Denmark, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting updated Terms on our website
  • Sending email notification to your registered email address
  • Providing notice through the Service interface

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
